Web Application Engineer
The tools we're developing will dramatically change the workflow of professionals and enterprises. We're looking for talented coders to join our engineering team. With this role, you'll create the tools used by potentially millions of users, and you'll be challenged to pump new features out weekly. The question which will be asked to you constantly is "how can you amaze our users today?"
Responsibilities
In this role we're looking for outstanding developers who are talented in writing code that solves interesting problems. You don't need to be an expert in Ruby or Python, however if you are motivated, thrill-seeking and passionate about writing open source code, we'd like to meet you.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have experience in agile development techniques and experience with some of Python, PHP, SQL, Java, Ruby on Rails and Javascript. Things we really like reading in resumés are pet-projects, non-academic achievements and clever hacks. We love geeks.

UI developer
We're looking for a top-notch UI specialist to join our Patras software engineering team. In this position you'll develop front-end web applications in HTML, Javascript and CSS, with extensive use of AJAX technologies. The position requires a person with deep UI technical expertise and experience in development, implementation and delivery of rich interfaces.
The result of this work will be viewed by millions of users who interact heavily with our applications across different browser types.
Qualifications
The position requires a person with 2+ years of experience with a toolkit such as jQuery, YUI, ExtJS or Dojo in medium-to-large projects. Experience with usability and information architecture are a must, as well as a past record of exceptional UI development -- preferably in Web applications.

Product Manager
Our services' audience is both individuals and enterprises. We need a person on our team who will make sure our engineer gurus work on features our customers mostly need.
Responsibilities
In this role you'll be the middle-man between our customers and internal folks. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining a plan for programs and projects, figure out strategic partnerships and help manage our internal operations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in team building, product management and/or online sales. Experience working in a small-to-medium company is a must, and so are excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Business Development and Sales guru
Our product range spans from services installed in enterprises' infrastructure to ones targetted to individuals around the world. The role of our BDev/Sales guru is to close deals with big customers and partners and make sure the people who need the product will know about it and use it.
Responsibilities
In this role you'll identify the different channels for our company's business development activities. You'll interact with potential new customers and partners, ranging from small companies to big corporations, explain our product offerings to them, understand their needs and how they match with our existing features and our roadmap, and finally close the deal.
Qualifications
We're looking for entrepreneurial, bright, passionate and success-driven people for this post who thrive in fast-paced environments. Proven record of spectacular sales in a small-to-medium company, and excellent communication skills are key for this position. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the field mix of sales, marketing, product development and online sales.

Secretary & Front-desk
Indifex, a rapidly growing company with an international customer base, seeks dedicated and organized engineering secretary/receptionist for a part-time position. The candidate will perform a range of tasks including:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as office operation tasks, mail, document typing and filing, and answering phones.
- Create, establish, and maintain office files.
- Administer firm-wide calendars and arranges meetings or appointments as required.
- Draft and prepare correspondence and presentations.
- May provide backup support for other members of the firm such as greeting visitors and other receptionist-related duties.
Qualifications
Strong time management skills a must, and must be able to work independently with minimal guidance. Ability to understand and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Execellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Greek. Detail oriented and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, busy environment.
